ASAM Level 0.5 – Early Intervention and Prevention

Restoration Behavioral Health Systems, LLC will offer a twelve (12) hour education program for DUI/DWI offenders who do not present with a diagnosable alcohol/substance abuse disorder but are court-ordered to attend Alcohol and Drug Education classes. For those individuals who present with a substance abuse disorder or have individual problems that go beyond the scope of ASAM Level 0.5, then a higher level of care is recommended.

ASAM Level 1 – Outpatient (OP)

Restoration Behavioral Health Systems, LLC’s OP is a low intensity program designed to provide a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic treatment in a non-residential setting for persons suffering from substance abuse. Our program is for persons whose physical and emotional status allows them to function in their usual environment. Based on an individual assessment and a treatment plan, the outpatient program offers regularly scheduled sessions up to 6-10 hours per week are provided in the form of individual, group, and/or family counseling. Services are designed to treat the individual’s level of illness severity according to ASAM dimensions. The goals of treatment are aimed at modifying attitudinal, behavioral, and lifestyle issues that are maintaining the addictive disease cycle. When indicated, the treatement of any co-occurring disorder also is provided. Length of time in the program is ongoing and determined when treatment goals are reached.

ASAM Level II.1 – Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Restoration Behavioral Health Systems, LLC’s IOP is a three-month program which could extend to a maximum of six-months depending on the treatment needs of the client. Our clinical services include individual, group, and family counseling; case management services; addictive disease education; psychiatric consultation; social work services; psychological services for dual diagnosis; diet and nutritional counseling and education; and special grops for parenting, infectious diseases, anger management, co-dependency, criminal offenders, and trauma. Clients who are admitted to Restoration Behavioral Health Systems LLC’s IOP are scheduled for a minimum of nine (9) hours of clinical services per week. Treatment is typically divided into three phases. While phases have delineated time frames, each phase can be modified to meet the individual needs of the client. In view of this, during Phase I, a client attends IOP three to four days/week, or 9 to 12 hours/week depending on treatment needs. The IOP Level II.1 treatment modality will be provided with a combination of individual counseling and group counseling.
